Hatsune Miku Series
Hatsune Miku is a singing synthesizing software developed by Crypton Future Media, INC. Crypton’s futuristic voice synthesizer software allows you to easily create vocal parts from scratch by just entering a melody and lyrics. The first version of the software was released on 2007/8/31, and since then various creaters on the internet have come up with not only music but videos and illustrations under the license* managed by Crypton Future Media.
As a result, the characters have expanded beyond the software and have essentially become virtual singers. The popularity of Hatsune Miku has spread to various markets such as books, merchandise and video games, and concerts using latest 3DCG technologies have also been held in multiple countries.
